Job Description
Your role as New Business Manager
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach customer acquisition that understands and creates differentiation from existing competition.
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with potential clients and key decisionmakers.
- Effective deployment of presenting a condensing a portfolio of company products and services tailored to the demand of the prospective customers.
- Able to use a framework of negotiation tools and tactics to maximise the revenue available in a contract.
- Self lead creation of sales strategies to meet business development targets and contribute to overall company growth.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills both written and verbal.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve business challenges.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track progress and performance.
- A creative energy and hunger for delivering best in class results.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Sales or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant industry certifications or training is a plus.
- Full UK driving license.
