Job Description

POSITION LOCATION: Las Vegas DC

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and support a team of 12 hourly associates in executing daily and weekly data tasks.
  • Use Logivations in conjunction with SAP EWM to profile distribution center materials and enhance layout and storage decisions.
  • Monitor analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including:
  • Provide a high level of support to operational teams in maximizing inventory data accuracy profiling performance operational throughput workforce efficiency and labor management
  • Generate actionable insights through dashboards reports and ad hoc analysis to support decisionmaking by operations leadership.
  • Maintain and improve tools reports and processes related to labor standards slotting and inventory profiling.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Operations IT and Supply Chain teams to implement process improvements based on data findings.
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain team on SKU rationalization that will enable efficiency in normal operations and/or project execution.
  • Identify areas for improvement determine metrics and develop processes for ensuring successful transitions for projects.
  • Assist in the development and presentation of strategic and tactical capacity plans to DC leadership.
  • Drive the change management process by assessing situations understanding impacts developing recommendations and driving actions.
  • Challenge current and/or traditional ways for measuring supply chain value and create new approaches/solutions that will improve business outcomes.
  • Drive and maintain service in accordance with FBIN standards.
  • Drive lean principles and standards within all facilities.

 

     


    Qualifications :

    • Bachelors degree in data Analytics Supply Chain Industrial Engineering Information Systems or related field.
    • 35 years of experience in data analysis preferably within a distribution or logistics environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables lookups) and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
    • Experience with SAP EWM and/or Logivations preferred.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills; ability to work with large datasets and identify trends or anomalies.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
    • Experience leading or mentoring junior staff is a plus.
    • Experience operating in an ERP environment (SAP preferred) is preferred.
    • Proven track record of delivering results.
    • Supply Chain and Six Sigma expertise gained through training certification and/or industry associations is preferred (e.g. APICS Six Sigma Lean Six Sigma PMP).
    • Skillful in building valued partnerships with stakeholders communicating and influencing effectively across all levels of an organization leading change collaborating and working crossfunctionally facilitating workshops applying emotional intelligence and employing analytics.

    Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $70000 USD $110000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased sales incentive plan.
