Principal Engineer-Highways

• Should have previously worked on UK/US projects /NA Canada/ME/ANZ regional projects using different codes standards and guidelines software proficiency in ORD/ Civil 3D is a must for design coordination mentoring juniors in Design and Design software applications ability to learn and challenge the designs understanding Technical subjects and propose alternatives as per site requirements BIM and CDE awareness and working in a collaborative environment involving multitechnical teams leading BIM levels of Design and coordination communication skills ability to explain and ask questions coordinate teams for projects success quality process procedures implementation for delivery of projects Training mentoring guiding the engineers for technical skills and delivery of projectsschemes through collaboration

Qualifications :

• Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university. 
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent in the relevant field from any global organization (e.g. Institution of Civil Engineers UK)
•  812 years of exp in the Design of Roads Streets Highways and motorways using ORD software and Civil 3D software.
• Should have worked on international projects on the GDC platform.
• Good communication skills and able to work well independently at times.
• Able to see the bigger picture and take a birdseye view of projects
• Confident with the ability to work either independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
• Accountability for assigned work.
• Accuracy & precision of work.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problemsolving skills
• Enthusiastic and Selfmotivated.
• Work well within a multidisciplinary team.
