Head of Executive Search – Global Technology & Product

We are on the lookout for a Head of Executive Search Global Technology & Product to join the Executive Search team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

• Lead and deliver executive searches for Director to SVPlevel roles across global Technology and Product functions.

• Partner directly with the CTO CPO and their leadership teams to align hiring strategies with business priorities.

• Act as a trusted advisor on executive talent succession planning and leadership capability needs.

• Manage the full lifecycle of executive search including role scoping sourcing strategy market mapping candidate engagement and offer negotiation.

• Ensure a worldclass experience for candidates and internal stakeholders through every stage of the process.

• Provide strategic market intelligence and talent insights to inform hiring and organisational decisions.

• Champion quality of hire leveraging structured assessment and followup to improve longterm hiring outcomes.

• Support succession planning for key technical and product leadership roles by building proactive internal and external talent pipelines.

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of executive search operations tools data and global processes.

Qualifications :

• 8 years of executive search experience with a strong focus on Technology and Product leadership hiring.

• Proven success in hiring Director to SVPlevel talent across functions such as Engineering Data Infrastructure Product Management and Design.

• Experience partnering directly with CTOs CPOs and senior leadership teams in global fastpaced environments.

• A blend of inhouse and retained search firm experience is preferred.

• Deep understanding of the global tech and product talent landscape and its evolving trends.

• Strong stakeholder management and executivelevel advisory skills.

• Expertise in sourcing strategy candidate assessment and executive search operations.

• Able to balance strategic thinking with execution excellence.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
