As a Housekeeper you will clean and inspect rooms and halls in commercial establishments such as hotels and timeshare units and restaurants by performing the following duties.
- Must consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms.
- Strip units and remove all trash
- Clean units including but not limited to bathrooms kitchens living rooms closets decks
- Bathrooms Clean bathtub toilet sink walls mirrors tiles counters and floor surfaces using cloths mops sponges brushes
- Bedrooms Strip and make beds change bed linens which may require lifting of all soiled linen
- Report damaged dirty or stained carpets drapes furniture and linens
- Consistently maintain unit inspection score of 80% or above as dictated by established by the resort
- Ensures proper use of all equipment and supplies following established procedures
- Immediately reports Lost & Found items following established procedures
- Work in a team environment and assist with other duties as necessary
- Ensure all inventory is in each unit
- Replenishes houseware supplies as needed
- Washes walls ceiling and woodwork
- Cleans entire unit inside and outside
- Empties wastebaskets and cleans ashtrays
- Assists in the training of fellow employees as it pertains to their area
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications :

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Ability to manage time and complete tasks efficiently
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
- Good physical stamina; able to lift bend and stand for long periods
- Follows safety and sanitation guidelines
- Friendly professional and respectful with guests and team members
- Understands and respects guest privacy and property
- Must be able to regularly lift pull push and or/move up to 35 pounds.
- Able to communicate basic information clearly
