- Answer inbound phone calls internet inquiries and chats
- Provide guests with timely relevant responses to address customer questions and needs
- Facilitate providing guests price and purchasing information
- Provide payment options and quotes
- Generate sales and acquisition appointments
- Manage organizers to stay up to date with follow up of all active guests
- Adhere to specific outreach cadence required for new inquiries
- Maintain a thorough understanding of KPIs
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year call center or sales focused experience
- Able to set priorities multitask and achieve goals
- Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work on a team
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly proficient in verbal phone skills
- Ability to establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be adaptable to change
- Proficient using a computer
- Evening and weekend schedule availability required
