Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with tenants in the initial phase of the construction works. Coordination of the activities among tenants constructions companies and authorities. Ensures tenants compliance with Centres Terms and Conditions of the Tenancy Agreement MyTOWN House Rules Fit Out Manual Design Guidelines and Tenant Coordination Guidelines.
- In depth knowledge of fitout design proactive in resolving issues and liaising with tenants contractors consultants leasing and operations on the prerequisite requirements and guidelines before commencement and execution of any fitout design and relevant works;
- Review and comment tenants concept design submissions for their outlets;
- To conduct kick off meetings and follow up meetings to manage and facilitate with the entire design and fitting out process;
- To issue tenant with Fitout manual Lease of Drawings relevant development/base build supporting documents for tenants design;
- Inspect premise and verify accuracy of Lease of Drawings Landlords basebuilt provisions and follow up with necessary actions to fulfil landlords obligation of units physical handover premise;
- Conduct joint inspections for unit handover to tenant;
- To track and monitor closely completion of work stages to ensure timely completion of various stages of the design and fitout work;
- Monitor site works quality and compliance with the landlords approved design;
- Oversee the tenants fitout program and conformance to landlords requirement;
- Coordinate and liaison with other mall departments to ensure malls key operations are not compromised;
- To keep and document all processes within a tenant fit out folders for official recording of all proceedings within the document controllers record system;
- Assist on plan and manage project schedule and site reports; and
- Well versed in all laws governing the building management.
Qualifications :
- Diploma in Architecture Interior Design Engineering or related disciplines;
- 12 years supervisory experience in retail fitout or project management environment;
- Proficient in hand sketch and computer literacy in MS office Auto CAD 3D max sketch up MS project photoshop ai illustrator); and
- Competent in written and spoken in English Bahasa Malaysia and others dialects.
