We are seeking a skilled and experienced attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing legal advice on data privacy law in the U.S. including U.S. state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) in addition to familiarity with other privacy frameworks including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canadian provincial privacy laws and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The position will report to the senior attorney responsible for coordination of the data privacy and cybersecurity legal team in North America and will require the ability to effectively manage numerous projects at the same time.
