Job Description

Theyre looking for an ECommerce Operations Lead to own the operational engine behind the scenes: systems processes execution and growth enablement. The goal Bring structure to the chaos scale operations efficiently and never compromise on quality.

This is the kind of role where youll be central to everything keeping projects moving people aligned and stores launching on time.

What Youll Be Responsible For

  • Overseeing daily operations across 25 Shopify stores in global markets.
  • Building and maintaining operational systems in Notion (dashboards checklists SOPs calendars).
  • Coordinating crossteam workflows and communication through Slack.
  • Ensuring store launches product drops and promotions are executed on time and fully QAd.
  • Supporting performance tracking across Google Ads (no need to manage the campaigns just support insight flow).
  • Driving project management: deadlines blockers followups and accountability.
  • Leading the implementation of light AI tools to automate streamline and improve team efficiency.
  • Acting as the operational bridge between product marketing design and tech.

Qualifications :

What You Must Know

  • eCommerce operations: preferably in DTC or multistore setups.
  • Shopify Expertise: Comfortable navigating the platform performing QA and communicating clearly with developers.
  • Fashion/eComm: bonus if youre familiar with merchandising product drops and seasonal strategies.
  • Notion: strong experience building team wikis SOPs calendars and documentation.
  • Slack: You know how to keep communication streamlined and actionable.
  • Google Ads: basic understanding of how product flows through campaigns (no media buying required).
  • AI tools: experience using AI to support operations (e.g. automation tagging SOP drafting and autochecks).

You are Ideal if you are

  • 23 years of handson Shopify eCommerce ops experience (DTC or multistore preferred) with a strategic mindset.
  • Thinks in systems.
  • Brings structure without slowing things down.
  • Doesnt need handholding and knows how to take initiative.
  • Can confidently say no when necessary and make the right calls.
  • Takes pride in smooth efficient operations.
  • Can move fast without sacrificing quality.


Additional Information :

Bonus Points If You

  • Have experience with Klaviyo DataFeedWatch or similar feed tools.
  • Have led or managed remote eCommerce teams.
  • Have built automated workflows using tools like Zapier ChatGPT and Slack.
  • Are fluent in a second language (especially for EU markets).
