Senior Product Manager | Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management & Integrations (m/f/d)

As a Senior Product Manager focusing on Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management you will drive the continuous development and improvement of our ERP system. You will both identify and capitalize on the most impactful opportunities for enhancing the capacity reliability and efficiency of our Supply Chain Processes. You will leverage your understanding of Supply Chain Management MS Dynamics as well as thirdparty providers to meet business objectives in a rapid scaling environment.

At Enpal you will be responsible for: 

• Crossfunctional Collaboration: Define clear roadmaps and initiatives while collaborating with MS Dynamics Engineers Functional Consultants other engineering teams and stakeholders working in Supply Change Management Finance Logistics and Purchasing.  

• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Act as an impact advocate by communicating product releases and their impacts across stakeholders. 

• Product Delivery & Discovery: Drive product discovery and delivery to optimize SCM operations (for purchasing warehousing and transportation) and enhance cost efficiencies through technical implementations in a complex supply chain management environment. 

• Product Development: Refine and break down complex business requirements into clear product backlog items. Empower technical teams towards iterative and measurable improvements in a dynamic environment. Define product metrics and build dashboards for core SCM features and products. 

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and drive strategy for your product area by defining and aligning strategic objectives with business and tech teams. Drive KPI improvements and core initiatives to deliver impactful results. 

Qualifications :

• You have at least 5 years of experience in Product Management.  

• You have at least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management Logistics or ECommerce environments. Prior experience at renowned scaleups is a plus. 

• You have solid expertise with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. 

• You have a proven track record of managing complex products while driving product innovation and can demonstrate this in conversation by pinpointing prior achievements.   

• You have strong analytical skills along with a datadriven mindset and the ability to define and communicate clear KPIs for continuous improvement. 

• You have a proven track record of applying agile methodologies for product development processes and experience collaborating closely with technical teams. 

• You have outstanding project management skills and are highly talented when it comes to planning executing and overseeing projects effectively within defined constraints. 

• You have exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey product vision to various audiences and experience managing stakeholder relationships.
