As a Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at NIQ you will hold a critical role in the Global Finance Operations within our Finance Planning & Analysis Team.
Your primary focus will be on enhancing the financial planning and analysis activities across the company ensuring these processes are carried out with high standards of efficiency effectiveness and alignment with strategic goals. This position requires a proactive approach to support decisionmaking processes and the transformation of financial operations within NIQ.
Responsibilities
Financial Analysis and Reporting
Support Investment FBP in his decisionmaking processes related to forecasting budgeting and longterm planning. Maintain and improve our initiatives reporting. Analyze initiatives financials and raise gaps to increase quality of the financials.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their financial needs and ensure the FP&A activities align with business objectives. Maintain clear and consistent communication to manage expectations and report findings. Support FBPs for adhoc business requests. Support product team and initiatives owners for adhoc questions.
Process Improvement
Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes. Implement best practices in financial analysis and planning to enhance the operational workflow within the Finance department.
Risk Management
Monitor financial assumptions and predictions identifying potential risks and opportunities. Prepare risk assessment reports and contingency plans to support strategic decisionmaking.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with team members within the FP&A Finance Operations organization to ensure a cohesive approach to financial management and to foster an environment of learning and growth.
Investment tool management
Investment FP&A will be responsible for the AIM tool management including initiatives system approval tie out between supplemental and AIM overall reporting quality.
