We are seeking an enthusiastic and resultsdriven Leisure Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha Qatar. You will play a crucial role in driving our companys growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies leading a highperforming sales team and fostering strong relationships with key clients.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead motivate and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance and reach individual and team goals
- Analyse market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new prospects
- Conduct regular sales meetings performance reviews and training sessions to enhance team capabilities
- Monitor and report on sales metrics preparing detailed forecasts and performance reports
- Negotiate highvalue contracts and close deals with strategic customers
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences to promote our products/services
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining open lines of communication
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar sales management role in hospitality with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a highperforming sales team
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop effective sales strategies
- Resultsoriented with a proactive and selfmotivated approach
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian language is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
