- Proven experience in facilities management maintenance or operationspreferably in the restaurant hospitality or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge systems maintenance including HVAC plumbing electrical and kitchen equipment.
- Understanding of health safety and environmental regulations relevant to food service establishments.
- Ability to manage vendors and service providers including negotiating contracts and overseeing work quality.
- Excellent problemsolving and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to emergencies.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with management staff and external partners.
- Basic computer proficiency including the use of maintenance management software and spreadsheets.
- Flexibility to work weekends evenings or holidays as needed for repairs or emergencies.
- Physical ability to perform handson inspections repairs and general maintenance tasks.
