Purpose: The Project Director shall provide leadership and managerial oversight to assigned project management teams to ensure projects are being managed and constructed in a safe and efficient manner to successful completion.
Delivery Driver Duties
- Load and unload deliveries: Safely load items onto a truck and unload them at the destination.
- Drive company vehicle: Operate a delivery truck and trailer to transport goods between warehouses vendors and job sites.
- Route planning: Follow delivery schedules and plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Documentation: Maintain delivery logs and complete other paperwork as required.
- Vehicle maintenance: Conduct pretrip inspections and report any vehicle issues.
Material Handler Duties
- Receive and store inventory: Unload incoming shipments and check for accuracy against packing lists or purchase orders.
- Pick and pack orders: Retrieve items from inventory and prepare them for shipment or delivery.
- Move materials: Use forklifts pallet jacks or hand trucks to move materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety: Keep the workspace organized and follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents.
Skills & Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy objects (often 80 lbs or more)
- Class A CDL
- Good time management and organization
- Familiarity with warehouse tools equipment and materials
