Who You Are

You are a strategic handson Director of Product Management with preferred experience in Physical Security but not required including but not limited to incident management or threat intelligence platforms. In this role you will lead a team of product managers own the roadmap for our security product lines and drive the strategy and execution that aligns with customer needs market trends and business goals.

Responsibilities

    • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and evolve the vision and strategy for our physical security products incorporating market research customer insights and emerging trends.
    • Roadmap Ownership: Develop and communicate a compelling product roadmap aligned with company objectives and crossfunctional stakeholder needs.
    • Team Leadership: Build mentor and lead a team of product managers. Foster a culture of product excellence collaboration and accountability.
    • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering design GTM sales and customer success to deliver highquality products and drive market adoption.
    • Voice of the Customer: Champion the enduser experience through discovery customer advisory boards field visits and user testing.
    • Market Intelligence: Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape regulatory requirements and partner ecosystem in the physical security domain.
    • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full product lifecyclefrom ideation to launch to sunsetensuring continuous improvement and alignment with KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications

    • 812 years in product management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Domain expertise in Security Technology such as incident management or enterprise security software preferred.
    • Proven success launching and scaling complex B2B software products.
    • Strong analytical and decisionmaking skills grounded in data and user feedback.
    • Exceptional communication stakeholder management and leadership skills.
    • Experience working in fastpaced highgrowth or startup environments.
    • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in security or related industries is a plus.
$180000 $200000 a year
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes a bonus plan equity benefits and other opportunities at Ontic. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role experience level and skillset.
