Job Description
Sales Associate Body Fit Training
Location: Hoboken NJ
Compensation: $15.49 per hour 10% commission on sales (Typical commission: $20 per sale)
Weekly Hours: 2030 hours

Body Fit Training (BFT) is a sciencebacked teamoriented fitness studio offering highenergy workouts led by certified coaches. What Youll Do
As a Sales Associate at our Hoboken studio youll be the face of Body Fit Training welcoming members and driving the growth of our community through energetic and effective sales interactions. Youll help people transform their lives by introducing them to a fitness method that truly works.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage and convert prospective members through phone calls inperson tours events and outreach

Drive sales of memberships and packages earning a 10% commission per sale

Provide an exceptional studio experience through friendly knowledgeable customer service

Support front desk operations including booking checkingin and assisting members

Be an enthusiastic brand ambassador who promotes the BFT lifestyle both in and out of the studio
What Were Looking For:

Outgoing peopleoriented personality with a passion for health and fitness

Sales or customer service experience strongly preferred

Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings evenings and weekends

Strong communication skills and confidence in a fastpaced environment

Team player with a drive to exceed goals and help others succeed

Base pay of $15.49 per hour
