Job Description
Are you a detailoriented Real Estate Paralegal with a passion for facilitating smooth and successful property transactions Join a dynamic legal team where your experience and efficiency will play a critical role in residential and commercial closings.
What Youll Do:

Handle all phases of real estate transactions from contract to close.

Review title commitments lien searches and closing documentation.

Collaborate with attorneys lenders realtors and clients to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Maintain wellorganized client files and provide consistent updates throughout the process.
What Were Looking For:

5 years of experience as a real estate paralegal or escrow closer.

Strong attention to detail time management and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn case management systems.
