Job Description
Critical Care APP Locum in Southeastern TN Day and Night Shifts
Medicus has partnered with a reputable medical center in southeastern Tennessee with an opening for a Critical Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum coverage.
Location: Chattanooga TN
About the Opening:
- Schedule: 12hour day (7a7p) and night (7p7a) shifts specific dates
- 15 Shifts a month
- No call required
- Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Patient Volume: 12 per shift
- Required Procedures: Intubations central and arterial line placements
- Support Staff: MDs and APPs
- Must be able to produce Case Logs
- Must be boardcertified: ACNP (Acute Care NP);Adult Primary Care NP;ANP (Adult NP)
- TN License TN DEA(or easily transferrable one) ACLS BLS all required
- Cred Timeframe: 4 weeks
- Paid travel & expenses: Full Travel
- The provider rate of pay is $120/hr for days $124/hr for nights.
- *Must be able to provide case logs (Case logs must be from past 24 months. No specific amount; except for special privileges like Intubation Arterial Lines Thoracentesis Paracentesis CVC Hemodialysis Chest Tub which requires at least 10 cases in the past 24 months or director supervision for at least the first 10 procedures.)
