Job Description
The Securities Operations Representative is responsible for supporting the processing settlement and reconciliation of securities transactions. This role ensures accuracy and timeliness in handling financial instruments such as equities fixed income mutual funds and other investment products while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and reconcile securities transactions including trade settlements transfers and corporate actions.
Monitor and resolve trade discrepancies or failed trades in coordination with brokers custodians and internal teams.
Maintain and update records in relevant systems to ensure data accuracy.
Support the resolution of client inquiries related to trade activity and account balances.
Assist in preparing reports for internal review regulatory filings or client reporting.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments such as compliance risk and finance to address operational issues.
