Are you passionate about mentoring the next generation of Radiologic Technologists Do you thrive in a dynamic clinical environment where education imaging excellence and patient care intersect Logan Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist Clinical Coordinator to guide and support students across multiple affiliated programs during their clinical rotations.
In this exciting new role youll serve as the goto clinical education resource for Radiologic Technology students ensuring theyre gaining handson highquality experiences that set them up for success. Youll also work sidebyside with imaging professionals in a collaborative fastpaced environment where teaching and clinical excellence go hand in hand.
As a Radiologic Technologist Clinical Coordinator youll:
Support and mentor students throughout their clinical rotations observing providing feedback and helping them thrive
Coordinate student schedules site assignments and clinical requirements with both internal teams and partner schools
Track student performance maintain clinical logs and support evaluation and grading processes
Assist with onboarding and oversight of job shadowing and career exposure programs
Collaborate with imaging staff preceptors and academic institutions to ensure a seamless clinical education experience
Lead with professionalism act as a role model and foster a culture of excellence and safety
What Were Looking For:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
3 years of experience as a practicing Radiologic Technologist
2 years of experience supervising precepting or training students
ARRT certification in Radiology
A valid Montana license in Radiologic Technology
Current AHA BLS certification (or must be obtained within two months of hire)
Skilled in advanced imaging procedures such as fluoroscopy OR imaging and general Xray
Previous experience in clinical education or coordination (preferred)
A strong communicator with a passion for teaching coaching and supporting students
Organized proactive and a positive team player who thrives in a teaching environment

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program required.
ARRT Certification in Radiology required. Current and valid Montana State license in Radiological Technology required.
Current BLS CPR certification required.
Minimum of three (3) years Radiologic Technologist experience required.
Minimum of two (2) years training precepting or supervising students required.
Experience and proficiency in advanced diagnostic imaging procedures including Xrays advance fluoroscopy exams operating room and other radiographic examinations required.
Experience in clinical education or coordination preferred.

Excellent organizational skills detailoriented a selfstarter possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact professionalism and diplomacy.
Possess and maintain computer skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software as needed.
Job Specific Duties:
Monitors observes and provides feedback to students during clinical training. Correlates clinical training with didactic training.
Coordinates clinical schedules with clinical rotation sites to include but not limited to input in scheduling site visits and site evaluations. Provides clinical schedules and student info to sites of expected clinical rotations per department protocol.
Provides support to didactic instruction as required (i.e. film critique and positioning labs for first year students).
Monitors clinical exam logs and competencies to ensure compliance with minimum program standards. Maintains quality assurance records for each student through image evaluation QA tracking and repeat rate monitoring.
Meets with each individual student to provide timely feedback about performance including suggestions for improvement per department protocol.
Performs and reviews semester clinical evaluations documents progress of each student and provides guidance for future performance. Assists in assigning clinical grades on a semester basis.
Contributes to program representation through recruitment fairs Career Day seminars tour groups program promotion and continuing education. Organizes all aspects of jobshadow requests including clearance scheduling and actual observation.
Participates in continuing education seminars and professional development opportunities. Attends teaching seminars and workshops (i.e. annual AEIRS conference).
Works closely with college and hospital faculty and staff to aid with the clinical process. Provides feedback regarding current department/hospital policies or changes in practice and offers suggestions for program modifications or improvement.
Promotes patient and student safety.
Exhibits professional behavior and serves as a role model for students.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
