Primary Responsibilities:
Brainstorm strategize and create content that promotes products and services for Quantum and its partners
Ensure creative material is wellresearched effective and consistent with goals and internal and partner brand standards
Ability to understand various audiences across B2B and B2C and how to best communicate with them
Working with crossfunctional team members to identify key messages and develop ideas and concepts to speak to core segments
Writing for a variety of short form channels: video social media email landing pages white papers
Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative brief/brainstorm into persuasive copy concepts
Primary Skills & Requirements:
The ability to concept and execute across all media and touchpoints (from traditional advertising to digital to print collateral)
Desire to learn complex products with the ability to simplify into easy to consumer content
Take and implement feedback to continue to grow and improve future work
Selfmotivated organized and a strategic thinker
Enthusiastic proponent of good writing standards and practices across multiple channels; keen awareness of appropriate tone and content
Exceptional listening skills and emotional intelligence
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
Proven track record of being able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and prioritize accordingly
Bachelors degree in marketing communications literature journalism or related field
35 years B2B writing experience
Knowledge of financial services industry preferred
Demonstrated ability to write effective communications
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Experience in B2B and B2B2C marketing or marketing on a complex selling channel preferred
