Status:Permanent Full Time (1.0 FTE)

Salary range:$95641.64 to $100623.03 per annum dependent on skills qualifications and experience

$99467.30 $104647.95 from July 1 2025



Description

Opportunity: The City of Albanys Operations Team has an opportunity in coordinating civil infrastructure maintenance operations.

Reporting to the Civil Maintenance Coordinator this role is responsible for but not limited to:

  • Preparing and managing an annual master maintenance schedule for civil infrastructure.
  • Scoping scheduling and coordinating maintenance projects and programs.
  • Conducting site inspections ensuring environmental compliance and adhering to WHS standards.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and providing technical support and guidance to field staff.


Skills And Experiences

About You: Proven experience and practical knowledge of civil infrastructure asset management project planning and maintenance scheduling.

The successful candidate will also require:

  • A relevant degree or qualification with substantial experience in civil infrastructure operations.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and civil construction techniques.
  • Experience using software such as MS Project or equivalent for planning and scheduling.
  • A proactive approach to WHS and environmental compliance.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills including supervising teams and fostering collaboration.
  • A C Class Drivers Licence.
  • Certificate IV in Project Management (desirable).
  • Road construction and/or maintenance experience (desirable)
