The Role
The Transaction Monitoring (TM) team at Cash App actively monitors for potential money laundering fraud and other suspicious activity across the Cash App platform. Cash App is looking for a Transaction Monitoring Investigator to perform ongoing Bank Secrecy Act & AntiMoney Laundering (BSA/AML) transaction monitoring across all product offerings including Bitcoin to ensure compliance with our regulatory payment network and partnership requirements.
Successful TM Investigators will support the team by reviewing a high volume of transaction activity across the Cash App platform and the Bitcoin blockchain documenting their findings with detailed case notes. This role reports directly to the Transaction Monitoring Lead and involves a significant volume of daily alerts to be completed with a high degree of accuracy.
