Job Description
The Medical Benefit Review Services Associate position presents an exciting opportunity to positively impact both your career and community!
Responsibilities
- Conducting InHome Assessments for LTPCS applicants and participants.
- Providing HCBS program choice counseling to requestors.
- Providing an overview of the LongTerm Care Program to applicants (Rights and Responsibilities).
- Developing a needsbased and PersonCentered Plan of Care.
- Completing client monitoring surveys as part of quality management.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Health and Human Services Social Work Nursing or a related field.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthrelated social services and/or human services.
- At least one (1) year of experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities.
- Must reside in Louisiana.
- Must possess a valid drivers license.

For this position actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. In addition to base pay this position based on business need may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $19.47 per hour.
