Customer Operations

Our Customer Operations team partner with customers and support their diverse needs. We are now looking for fulltimeTechnical Consultant(s)to join our RELEX family in Oslo or Stockholm. You will be part of an innovative team of Technical Consultants who will help you succeed in your new role.

Your responsibilities lie in the technical aspect of RELEX implementation projects. You will help the team achieve this goal by leading or attending technical workshops building technical integrations and investigating complex technical issues for our customers.

What youll be doing:

• Act as a system integration expert in RELEX implementation projectsin Scandinavia
• Design and build integrations between RELEX and customer backend systems focusing on the import transformation and export of large data sets
• Attend or lead technical discussions and workshops.
• Manage technical workstreams
• Investigate complex technical issues for our customers
• Plan and execute development work in customer environments

What youll bring to the table:

• Bachelors/Masters degree or some experience working in the field of Software
  Engineering Information Systems Engineering Computer Engineering or Computing Science
• Experience in programming/database/query languages & tool skills (e.g. SQL Server REST API PowerShell Java Ruby or similar languages & tools skills)
• Strong analytical problemsolving skills proactive way of working and teamwork capabilities
• Fluent communication skills in Englishand fluent in one Scandinavian language Norwegian Swedish or Danish

What we consider as an advantage:

• Proven track record of successful client work and implementations
• Knowledge of application monitoring and distributed systems
• Basics of Linux Unix or Microsoft Azure are considered an asset
• Experience in either supply chain management and/or business analytics
