Customer Care with a Gadgets Technology Corporation (Danish Language)
Office Location is Av. Dom Joo IILisboa Portugal
Salary is EUR 1620 per month gross with bonuses
As a Danishspeaking Customer Care Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers. Youll provide worldclass assistance helping users with questions about products services orders and technical issues. Your mission is to deliver a seamless and personalized experience that reflects our commitment to quality and innovation.
What Youll Do:

Assist Danishspeaking customers via phone email and chat

Resolve inquiries related to our products services and accounts

Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication

Maintain uptodate knowledge of our products and services

Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and service standards
Who You Are:

Fluent in Danish (native or nearnative level)

Proficient in English (B2 level or higher)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
