Job Description
We seek a Senior Engagement Manager to lead strategic Generative AI transformation initiatives within our GenAI Innovation and Delivery Center. Youll drive enterpriselevel AWS GenAI adoption orchestrate complex customer engagements and ensure successful delivery of cuttingedge AI solutions while building strong customer relationships and driving innovation in the rapidly evolving GenAI space.
Key job responsibilities
Lead enterprisewide GenAI transformation projects and strategic initiatives
Develop and execute AI adoption strategies aligned with customer business outcomes
Drive innovation through AWS Foundation Models Amazon Bedrock and custom LLM solutions
Build executive relationships and drive Clevel alignment on AI strategy
Orchestrate crossfunctional teams including AI/ML experts solutions architects and developers
Identify and develop new business opportunities in GenAI space

Experience managing largescale enterprise IT/AI projects using Agile (Scrum SAFe) and traditional methodologies
Experience managing one or more projects with a combination of 10 resources 12 months or $500k in contract value.
Strategic thinking and innovation mindset
PMP and CSM certifications or equivalent project management certification
Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and cloud computing platforms
Experience with GenAI technologies (LLMs Foundation Models RAG)
Experience in technology consulting or professional services
Executive presence and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to translate complex AI concepts for business audiences Soft Skills:
