The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruitment Manager for Fixed Networks to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications industry. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment processes to attract toptier talent for various roles within the fixed networks sector. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to fixed networks positions across UAE KSA and UK.
- Manage and lead a team of recruitment professionals to achieve hiring targets and enhance team performance.
- Design and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that reflect role requirements.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit for various positions.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make datadriven decisions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions and recruitment agencies to build a talent pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on telecommunications or technical roles.
- Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment processes on a global scale particularly in UAE KSA and UK.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify improvements.
