Job description
1. Prepares and review the documents/folders (based on the approved checklist of documentary requirements) ensures the accuracy of dockets for BIR and liaises with representative of service provider and monitors the releases of ECAR (Certificate Authorizing Registration) & title transfer.
2. Qualifies accounts for Documentary Stamp Tax (DST) request for payment endorses accounts for payments and liaises with representative of service provider and prepares the receipts for liquidation.
3. Regularly gives feedback to Team Lead with regards to the process issues and concerns encountered.
4. Performs other administrative/clerical task being assigned by Team Lead from time to time.
closely with Registration Team Lead to ensure the Departments target are met learn new processes/policies and technology/system.
