Senior Software Developer
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Relevant Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
- 7 years of experience in software development with a strong background in enterprise systems.
- Extensive experience with C# .NET SQL Server and modern JavaScript libraries.
- Proven track record of leading development teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of software architecture design patterns and best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and maintenance of enterprisegrade software solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and intermediate developers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver highimpact solutions.
- Ensure the technical integrity and scalability of applications through best practices and code reviews.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Implement and advocate for high standards in software engineering practices.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies and apply them to enhance development practices.
