Salary is EUR 1500 per month gross with bonuses

As a Business Development Representative youll play a key role in identifying sales opportunities engaging decisionmakers and contributing to business growth. Leverage your B2B sales experience and cloud knowledge to help companies harness the power of Cloud Platform solutions.

Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the recruitment process you must be an EU citizen hold a passport from the Schengen Zone/EU or have a valid Greek residence permit or equivalent certificate of electronic submission.

What Youll Do

  • Prospect & Pitch: Identify new business opportunities and present tailored cloud solutions.

  • Engage DecisionMakers: Build meaningful relationships uncover client needs and offer impactful digital strategies.

  • Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed quotas to drive new revenue.

  • Upsell & Expand: Maximize customer value and uncover crosssell potential.

  • Refine & Improve: Collaborate with sales teams to enhance strategies and workflows.

What You Bring

  • Fluency in Norwegian and strong command of English

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and business development

  • Confidence in outbound sales including cold calling and deal closing

  • A growth mindset resilience and goaloriented approach

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and managing complex sales cycles

  • Understanding of cloud computing (IaaS PaaS SaaS) and market trends
