We are seeking a Level 4 or 5 qualified Assessor ideally with additional Trusted Assessor qualifications to join our dynamic health and social care team. This pivotal role involves conducting comprehensive care and support assessments for our service users ensuring that all care is personcentred outcomesfocused and compliant with current legislation and best practice standards.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in the care sector at a supervisory level an excellent understanding of the Care Act 2014 and be familiar with CQC regulations safeguarding frameworks and the principles of inclusion and empowerment. A Train the Trainer qualification is also desirable as you will support workforce development through mentoring and skillssharing.
