AJW are looking for a proactive and driven Assistant Logistics Manager to support the daytoday operations of our logistics function. Youll manage the day to day operations of a 365 24/7 global logistics team.
The shift for this role is Monday to Friday 8:30am 5:30pm.
Requirements
Support operational activities and drive process improvements
Monitor supplier performance and manage departmental KPIs
Ensure compliance with all import/export and export control procedures
Coach and mentor team members including Logistics Team Leaders
Promote a strong collaborative team culture focused on performance
Assist in budget management and identifying cost efficiencies
Support techbased solutions to improve productivity
Job requirements
Experience in logistics or supply chain operations
Strong people skills with team leadership or supervisory experience
Knowledge of import/export compliance and logistics best practices
Comfortable working with data and KPIs to support decisionmaking
