Role Overview
As an Account Manager Key Accounts (DACH) at Qualifyze you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients in the DACH region building strong longterm relationships and driving revenue growth.
Your main goal will be to retain and expand existing accounts by ensuring maximum adoption of Qualifyzes audit services and uncovering upsell and crosssell opportunities.
Youll collaborate closely with internal teams (Customer Success Supplier Sales and Operations) and serve as a trusted partner to our clients in the Life Sciences industry. This role is ideal for someone with a commercial mindset a strong background in B2B SaaS or consulting and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced scaling organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of pharmaceutical and healthcare clients across the DACH region maintaining strong trustbased relationships.
Take ownership of the customer journey postsale ensuring smooth handovers from Account Executives and ongoing value delivery.
Identify and drive upsell and crosssell opportunities to maximize account value and client satisfaction.
Lead outbound engagement initiatives via email phone and meetings to identify expansion potential within existing accounts.
Conduct onsite visits for strategic clients (30k deals) to strengthen partnerships and unlock new business areas.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure audits are successfully delivered and client expectations are met.
Maintain accurate and updated records in HubSpot CRM including deal status pipeline health and forecasting.
Report on monthly forecasts and key account performance metrics.
Develop a solid understanding of the audit and pharma ecosystem to become a knowledgeable advisor to clients.
3 years of experience in Account Management Sales or Customer Success ideally in SaaS B2B services or consulting.
Fluency in German and English is required.
Strong commercial drive and ability to build and expand strategic relationships.
Handson attitude used to navigating highgrowth environments or startups.
Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
Background in or exposure to Life Sciences pharma or regulated industries is a plus.
Selfdriven and organized able to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and seniority levels.
