About You

3 years of handson experience managing creative projects or campaigns ideally in a digital marketing or creative agency.
A solid understanding of the social media landscape and digital trends that move culture.
A degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
Fluent English skills (written and spoken); fluency in Spanish French Portuguese German or Italian is a major plus.
A track record of successfully coordinating campaigns from brief to launch.
Experience working with influencers and content creatorsand understanding what makes them tick.
A datadriven mindset with the ability to measure performance and pivot when needed.
Topnotch organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
A collaborative spirit and excellent interpersonal skillsyou know how to bring people together.
Adaptability and resilienceyou get things done in a fastmoving startup environment.
Availability to be based in Madrid or excited to relocate to Spains capital.
About the Role
This role is a fantastic opportunity to shape Fevers global creator network and scale standout content across markets. Youll be at the heart of our creative production process and the goto person for managing relationships with top creators around the world.
You will:
Scout onboard and manage a growing community of global Content Creators.
Build and maintain a detailed creator database with all relevant info and insights.
Match creators to the right campaigns and markets based on creative briefs.
Scale successful content formats and unlock new creative opportunities.
Oversee production timelines ensuring assets are delivered on time and onbrand.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to align on goals and creative direction.
Own production logisticscontracts usage rights licensing billing etc.
Measure performance and report on results to identify areas for improvement.
Recommend workflow improvements to streamline operations across teams.
Become an internal expert in the creator space building longterm relationships with trendsetters and influencers globally.
