Job Description
We are the family office of a global investor with headquarters in Paphos with business interests across the world. We are looking for a sincere disciplined positive and multitasking individual to become the PA of the Director based in Paphos.
This is a longterm opportunity for someone who is proactive loyal and eager to grow within an international business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative and personal support to the Director
- Handle daytoday tasks scheduling and travel arrangements
- Organize and manage emails reports and communications
- Assist in business operations and project coordination
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Requirements
- A handson approach
- Strong desire to learn and grow
- Comfort with numbers and general business logic
- Proficiency in MS Word Excel and email
- Languages: English is essential; knowledge of Russian and Greek is a plus
