Job Description
Junior Legal Counsel (Portuguese)
Location: Brazil Remote
Employment type: Fulltime
Work model: Fully remote
Responsibilities:

Draft and review legal agreements including intellectual property licenses SaaS contracts software supply agreements and nondisclosure agreements.

Monitor international regulatory developments particularly in Latin America.

Support regulatory interactions and compliance processes for specialized business operations.

Contribute to scalable legal infrastructure such as templates workflows and support for logistics staffing and compliance.

Maintain records of policies and ensure compliance with global and local standards.
Requirements:

Proficient in Portuguese and English (C1).

Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.

Licensed to practice law in Brazil with valid registration.

Strong initiative goaloriented and committed to high standards.

Comfortable in technologydriven environments.

Capable of managing legal tasks in international and multicultural settings.
