Position Overview
We are looking for aBank Reconciliation Officer to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for endtoend bank and credit card reconciliations as well as supporting other finance operations such as fixed asset accounting and insurance management. Its a handson role ideal for someone with a solid accounting background attention to detail and a growth mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.
  • Manage credit card reconciliations ensuring timely and accurate recording.
  • Maintain and update fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
  • Assist with insurance management including policy records and claims tracking.
  • Support monthend closing processes and assist in preparing audit schedules.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and crossfunctional finance tasks.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  • 12 years experience in a similar finance/accounts role (or recent graduate with strong internship experience).
  • Team player with a proactive approach and strong communication skills.
  • Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in Excel; experience with accounting systems is an advantage.
