RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the primary credit relationship contact with the client.
Lead new credit originations and is directly responsible to coordinate and collaborate with client management syndications (as needed) and credit risk.
Work directly with clients from deal structuring through final credit approval legal document negotiations and closing.
Assist and advise the CREB portfolio group with any postclosing actions as needed.
Maintain knowledge of other BofA products including Investment Banking and Treasury Management and leveraging product expertise to deliver the best possible and optimally integrated strategic solution for the client or prospect.
Develop and maintain financial models to analyze trends including cash flow leverage buyout cost of capital analysis abilitytopay valuecreation operating models and 3statement models.
Research and analyze trends across sectors and capital structures.
Conduct research using Bloomberg Moodys S&P and other financial databases to analyze market data and competitive dynamics.
Support origination structuring and deal execution working on a broad scope of committed financing assignments for leveraged finance clients.
Participate in the credit committee approval process including due diligence credit analysis and communication with the Risk team.
Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Masters degree or equivalent in Business Administration Finance Economics or related: and
3 years of experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.
Must include 3 years of experience in each of the following:

Researching and analyzing trends across sectors and capital structures;

20% domestic travel as necessary.
