ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Coordination of recruitment process which includes:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract talent for hourly positions.
- Posting jobs in UKG.
- Working with supervisors to understand position requirements and ensure open positions are filled in a timely manner.
- Answer associate/candidate questions about applying for open positions.
- Screen Internal and external candidates against the minimum qualifications.
- Schedule and participate in interviews with candidates.
- Schedule all preemployment testing.
- Coordinate offers and orientation of new hourly associates and salaried associates as requested.
- Schedule and conduct orientation with new hires (schedule participants conference rooms etc.).
- Administers leave policies and benefits i.e. FMLS STD. Responding to associate requests processing through UltiPro and monitoring leave status.
- Guides frontline supervisors in the interpretation and application of human resources policies.
- Respond to and investigate associate complaints or policy violations; coach and counsel managers and associates on results and action to be taken.
- Data entry of approved hourly pay changes transfers new hires and HPOT phase certifications in UKG.
- Monitor track and record new hire 306090day reviews.
- Provide policy benefit payroll and job posting information to hourly associates as needed or requested.
- Provide input related to the creation and update of site HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate various associate involvement events i.e. Employee Activity Committee.
- Assist in organizing associate events (i.e. holiday parties etc.).

- Associates have a direct and important role in ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner. Effectiveness in carrying out this responsibility is part of each associates essential accountabilities.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Associates degree and 3 years of administrative support experience. Experience in Human Resources and working with HRrelated information systems is highly preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Outlook Word Excel. Must be a selfstarter with a demonstrated ability to work independently and be able to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently and prioritize appropriately. Effective written and verbal communication skills with internal associates and designated customer contacts.
