Job Description

The Victor Tavern is a modern urban tavern from Chef Ethan Stowell and is the perfect spot for a burger and a beer after work or for cocktails and dinner or lunch with friends while out on the town. Located across from the Amazon Spheres on 6th Avenue The Victor Tavern SLU serves lunch happy hour dinner and weekend brunch in our spacious dining room or outdoor patio.

Join Our Culinary Team as an Executive Chef at ESR Seattle
Were looking for a Chef who is not just passionate about food but obsessed with it. A leader who knows the power of flavor creativity and teamwork. As an Executive Chef youll be leading a talented crew by exampleensuring the highest standards of quality and execution with every plate. Your leadership and ability to keep the numbers in check will make you an integral part of our teams success.
What Youll Do:
  • Lead and mentor your team setting the standard for quality consistency and professionalism in the kitchen.
  • Ensure the kitchen runs like a welloiled machine from staffing and inventory to cost control and execution.
  • Perfectly execute our current menus large parties and events that delight our guests.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness safety and organization in the kitchen.
What Were Looking For:
  • A passionate driven chef with a love for fresh ingredients and an eye for detail.
  • Strong experience in a leadership role within a highvolume creative kitchen.
  • The ability to manage the operational side of the kitchenbudgeting inventory and cost controlwithout sacrificing the guest or employee experience.
  • A collaborative spirit and the drive to keep learning and evolving your craft.

Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
  • Understanding of and experience with various kitchen equipment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of health & safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong time management and ability to delegate appropriately
  • Current Food Handlers and ServeSafe Permits
  • A culinary school diploma is strongly preferred
Compensation: $75000.00 $95000.00 per year
