Primary Care group seeking an internal Medicine Physician to work in the Mesa AZ area!

- 10 Locations across the Phoenix metropolitan area.
- Group uses techenabled data to make sure patients are getting the care they need by having continuous support from their physicianled team
- Comprehensive care model ensures that general health healing and wellbeing are addressed through a blend of conventional and complementary treatments
Benefits:
- Base Salary: $225K $250000.00

About This Role:
- Location: Mesa AZ
- Internal Medicine Physician
- Outpatient MF Schedule 8am 5pm
- Primary Care
- Wonderful support team
- The Physician provides medical oversight expertise and leadership to ensure the delivery of the highest quality affordable care to their community
- Opportunities for exceptional growth and development
- The Physician will work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members
- Provide patientcentered comprehensive primary care services consistent with a valuebased care model.
- Conduct regular health assessments diagnose and treat common illnesses and manage chronic conditions.
- Actively participate in practice quality improvement programs and evaluate practice performance metrics.
Background Desired:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician
- Able to acquire Arizona State Medical License
- Desire to work in the clinic/primary care setting
