Job Description

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

JOB INPUTS

  • Conduct a coverage review on new and existing clients. Make Coverage recommendations
  • Assemble Market Submissions for submittal to Underwriters
  • Market coverage needs to the marketplace inclusive of negotiating contract terms and conditions
  • Perform coverage analysis and make recommendations on placements to Producers/client
  • Lead client service team on deliverables. Monitor the delivery of promised services.
  • Establish working rapport with clients personnel
  • Execute complex coverage changes on clients account
  • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert. Recommends new approaches and alternatives to clients and colleagues.
  • Maintain and develop rapport with key market relationships
  • May service clients fully independent of a Producer
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong knowledge in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint Project Visio SharePoint etc.)
  • Thorough knowledge of core Property and casualty coverages
  • Working knowledge of Executive Liability Coverages
  • Thorough understanding premium development methodology
  • Working knowledge of Large Deductible Group Captives and Captive pricing and structure
  • General Knowledge of Marketplace and how to research for coverage placements
  • Ability to interpret contractual language as it relates to insurance
  • Ability to read and digest financial statements on a high level
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Holds a valid Home State Property & Casualty License

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 710 plus years of Marketing and client service working a Brokerage environment.
  • History of working in a team environment a plus
  • CPCU CIC ARM preferred
  • Experience in the use of an Agency CRM system a plus

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with jobrelated skills experience relevant education or training and geographic location starting in the range of $81210.00 $117760.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
