Were looking for a SALES ASSISTANT to join our team at HONDA of BOONE!
The Sales Assistant will support members of the team by completing administrative and customer service tasks. They will interact with team members in Sales Finance Parts/Service and Support Center to answer questions or provide information on deposits Repair Orders Purchase orders filing etc. The Sales Assistant must be flexible organized and able to communicate well with other members of their team. This position does require a working knowledge of basic excel word and email.
What Youll Do:
- Prepare daily deposits
- Create purchase orders
- Sort and forward mail
- Organize and file titles and sale documents
- Stock in vehicles
- Scan documents for electronic storage
- Data entry
- Coordinate tasks with other team members
- Assist dealership with providing outstanding customer service
Qualification Checklist :
- Administrative or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective computer and phone skills
- Working knowledge of Word Excel Outlook
- Selfmotivated and able to work in a fastpaced environment
- Independent with the ability to work well on a team
- High attention to detail
