Job Description
Cirque St Armands is looking for a talented prep cook for Ringside Restaurant the newest restaurant here on Lido Key
As a Prep Cook at Ringside you are essential to the success of our culinary operation. Your responsibilities include:
- Food Preparation: Expertly and precisely prepare ingredients including chopping slicing dicing and marinating ensuring they meet the highest quality and freshness standards.
- Ensuring all additional amenities (niceties for the pool the pantries etc.) are taken care of
- Taking charge of the employee cafeteria and ensuring prep work assigned is complete
- Kitchen Organization: Maintain a clean organized and wellstocked kitchen with a focus on efficient use of space and ingredients.
- Recipe Adherence: Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in all prepared items.
- Quality Control: Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality and work with kitchen staff to ensure all food items meet presentation standards.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with line cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure they have what they need to execute dishes efficiently.
- Safety and Hygiene: Strictly adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations ensuring a safe and clean kitchen environment.
