Job Description

Do you enjoy working in a fastpaced environment and building rapport with customers The Enrollment Coordinator is the first point of contact for new patients and plays a key role in driving engagement and enrollment into our pharmacy delivery and remote managed care services. This role ensures patients understand the benefits of our programs facilitates the enrollment process and provides exceptional service from initial outreach to successful onboarding. This is a fulltime position Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

What Youll Do

  • Engage and Educate: Initiate and respond to patients and providers calls leveraging the value and benefits of our services to effectively promote enrollment and guide them through each step of the process.
  • Facilitate Enrollment: Obtain patient consent verify insurance collect demographic details and enter data into internal systems accurately.
  • Coordinate Across Teams: Work closely with pharmacy care management clinical staff and logistics to ensure seamless onboarding and prescription fulfillment.
  • Manage Appointments: Schedule and follow up on patient calls as needed to support timely care delivery.
  • Follow Up: Track enrollment status and follow up with patients and providers to resolve any delays or missing information.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain data privacy insurance accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Customer Service: Deliver a positive solutionoriented experience to all patients through professional and compassionate communication.
  • Support Documentation: Share postenrollment materials such as care plans medication guides educational resources and ensure all required documentation and notes are properly recorded to meet compliance standards.
  • Performance Goals: Help achieve individual and team enrollment targets through proactive outreach and support.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to enhance the patients onboarding experience.

What Sets You Apart

  • Prior experience in a healthcare pharmacy or call center environment preferred.
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a highvolume setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fastpaced setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with healthcare data and systems (EHR/EMR experience is a plus)
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.
