Project Manager ConversionsWhat does a successful Project Manager Conversions do at Fiserv
As a successful Project Manager Conversions you will be a key contributor in the Conversation and Implementations organization working directly with clients providing project management responsibilities for conversion and startup projects.
What you will do:
- Manage various types of projects within time cost and quantity measures
- Lead project planning including scope definition resource planning project plan definition and schedule development
- Solicit and document requirements clearly and concisely
- Secure resources and assign work to resources in coordination with resource managers
- Manage hours expended and track against initial sizing estimates
- Manage execution and coordinate with the team on completion of the project plans
What you will need to have:
- 4 years of experience in business and IT program and project management
- 3 years experience with Microsoft Project Excel and PowerPoint
- 2 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry
- Demonstrated history of direct client engagement while delivering technology/software enhancements to clients
- Ability to represent technical delivery tasks to nontechnical and/or business resources
What would be great to have:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience in the Credit Card Issuing and/or software industries
- Familiarity with Project Management tools
