Job Description
EMCD is seeking an AI Integration Specialist to bridge the gap between cuttingedge AI tools and realworld business impact. In this role youll lead the identification evaluation and implementation of AIdriven solutions that enhance our internal processes and drive innovation across the company.
Were considering candidates with Russian level C1 or higher and English level B1
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for AIdriven enhancements
- Research test and evaluate AI tools for potential integration
- Develop integration strategies and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement AI solutions
- Ensure AI tools meet security and compliance standards
- Monitor and optimize the performance of implemented AI solutions
- Train and support staff in adopting new AI technologies
Requirements:
- Proven experience with AI tools and technologies (e.g. chatbots NLP machine learning models)
- Strong understanding of AI/ML principles and modern automation technologies
- Experience integrating AI solutions into business processes
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Experience with APIs and system integrations is a plus
Challenges Youll Tackle:

- Ensuring AI solutions comply with data security and privacy regulations
- Implementing AI solutions within agile development frameworks
