The Position

Location: Warsaw Poland Hybrid work model (2 days in the office per week required)

The Opportunity

As a Deployment Lead for Global Customer Support you will be accountable for creating a comprehensive deployment plan and leading its successful execution in the different service organizations. You will collaborate with all project teams and countries building strong crossfunctional alliances with local and regional stakeholders translating abstract goals into concrete country deployment plans and KPIs and driving change.

In this role you will be:

  • Collaborating with local deployment leads to ensure alignment consistency and effective communication between global and regional teams

  • Developing and managing detailed deployment plans timelines and budgets integrating them seamlessly into the overall project framework

  • Monitoring deployment progress identifying risks and making timely adjustments to ensure successful and costeffective execution

  • Designing comprehensive deployment strategies tailored to regional needs while aligning with global company objectives

  • Supporting local teams by providing guidance resources and training necessary for effective deployment execution

  • Documenting deployment processes milestones and outcomes to maintain transparency and ensure knowledge sharing

  • Driving continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and promoting best practices across deployment activities

Who You Are

  • University education in Business Project Management or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is an advantage. Certification is an advantage (e.g. IPMA PMI PRINCE2 agile methodologies)

  • Proven experience in global project management and deployment preferably within a multinational and matrix organization

  • Knowledge of project planning deployment execution and change management principles and practices

  • Excellent communication influencing and negotiation skills; able to build lasting relationships across departments

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software with the ability to manage complex plans and budgets

  • Demonstrates strong leadership decisionmaking and crossfunctional team coordination in dynamic environments

  • Mandatory fluency in English (spoken and written); thrives in fastchanging international matrix setups with a structured goaloriented teamspirited approach
