Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking a creative and skilled QA Automation Engineer who is responsible hardworking willing to work in a dynamic and demanding environment Independent a fast learner and a motivated team player.
What Youll do
- Collaborate closely with Development Product Design/UX DevOps and other teams and departments.
- Work within an autonomous scrum team in an agile environment to achieve business goals.
- Developing executing and maintaining automated tests to support our continuous integration and deployment environment.
- Taking an active role in refining our automation strategy to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Instill a qualitycentric mindset within your team overseeing design architecture development code and a stable production environment.
- Take an active role in defining the shape of our KYC automation processes.
- Guide team members on automation testing test planning and execution following best practices testing pyramid and company QA standards.
- Define and plan testing strategies using a deep understanding of the business logic of complex systems.
- Lead and run complex E2E Testing for backend service while ensuring coverage and monitoring.
- Help investigate production issues using various monitoring tools and complex SQL and MongoDB queries.
Who you are
- At least 5 years of QA handson experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in automation testing specifically API testing and BE services.
- Experience with scrum QA methodology actively fostering a culture of quality mindset and encouraging test execution by the entire team.
- Testing experience with eventdriven and MicroServices architecture.
- Proficient in programming with Java C# or similar languages used in test automation.
- Experience with APIs SQL MongoDB and setting up CI/CD pipelines for test execution.
- Strong knowledge in QA processes and methodologies (experience in test planning test design test strategy and test execution).
- Strong analytical abilities and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software.
- A responsible and dedicated worker willing to work in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Motivated team player who helps drive the team forward.
- Familiarity with formal testing tools like swagger postman mock tools etc.
What Could Set You Apart
- Familiarity with Cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with containers technology (Docker Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of OOP and experience with testing frameworks such as MSTest or JUnit.
- Strong web technology skills and experience with testing web applications.
- Experience with RabbitMQ Redis
